A.  Yes, but you need to contact us via email for arrangements.

Q.  Do you ship to APO/FFO addresses?
A.   Yes, but please email us at info@partytimepartyboxes.com for shipping arragements.

Q.   Will I get an email confirming my order?
A.  Yes, upon completion of your online order you will receive an email with an order confirmation number.

Q.  How can I track my order?
A.  When your party box has been shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Q.  What is your return or exchange policy?
A.  Returns must be approved within 3 days of receiving your party box.  You will be charged a 25% restocking fee, based on the price of your partybox.

Q.  What if I receive damaged items in my party box?
A.  Please contact us with 3 days of receiving your party box.  We will send you replacement items at no charge to you and a return label for the damaged items.

Q.  What if my party box is short items?
A.  Contact us at info@partytimepartyboxes.com within 3 days of receiving your party box and we will promptly send you your items free of charge.

Q.  Are online transactions on your site secure?
A.  Yes, we are a verified merchant thru Verisign.

Q.  How do you use my personal contact information?
A. Party Time Party Boxes will send you promotional information, and discount coupons. We do not share your private information with any outside sources.
